How do I return my order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received to return your order. Just ship your purchase back, along with the receipt, in the condition you received it, in the original bag/box and with the tags on it. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your order is received you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. The original shipping fee is not refundable and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
When will I receive my credit?
Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card within 7 days. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
The refund will be applied to the credit card initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement.
It may take up to 20 days from the time we receive your merchandise return until your issuing bank shows the credit on your account.
Once your credit card is approved, your order will ship within 48 hours. No holiday or weekend delivery.
